• Solely using the service for legal purposes
• Solely responsable of the amount of Bitcoin you are willing to buy
• Solely responsable of the wallet you are using to buy Bitcoin

5. AI Model Training

By using our service, you explicitly agree that AIThumbnail.so may use the pictures you upload to train an AI model that creates avatars resembling you. This personalized model is designed specifically to generate thumbnails and avatars that capture your likeness.

Your uploaded images will only be used to train your personal AI avatar model. The resulting avatars are created exclusively for your use and benefit. We do not use your photos to train models for other users or for purposes beyond creating avatars that look like you.
